Using a Dedicated Street Address Website for Broader Marketing and Mobile Access
Part of my ongoing service proposition to my clients includes using the most current internet marketing strategies available to widely market their homes for sale. I am excited about a relatively new platform for REALTORS that in addition to powerful photo and video capabilities also provides enhanced neighbourhood information, census tract data, school location information, map position graphing and other useful information. From a marketing viewpoint, having a specific and unique domain name for the site and property listing based on the street address helps with potential buyers being able to access the property information and photos from their smart phones while on location.
