A Checklist for Choosing Your REALTOR
Chances are that your home is your largest single financial asset as well as one of your most important to the manner and style in which you live your life. Decisions regarding your home need to be made with care and you owe it to yourself to ensure you receive the best advice and service possible. When trying to decide how to hire a REALTOR and whom to hire, I suggest you interview at least two and preferably three REALTORS, examine their qualifications, marketing plan and extent of their real estate industry experience carefully and choose the REALTOR that you feel is the most qualified and with whom you envision having the best overall relationship with.
In order to assist you in this process I have compiled this handy checklist to help evaluate the candidates. It is by no means exhaustive but does provide you with some of the major factors and questions you should consider when choosing your REALTOR. I hope you find it useful.
